These writ petitions are filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not effecting the mutation and issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the petitioners' lands situated at Karivena Village, Boothpur Mandal, Mahbubnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of the writ petitions, the 4th respondent issued the proceedings No.B.ROR/2015 dated 20.12.2015, rejecting he application of the petitioners.
Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Since the petitioners have an alternative remedy of appeal to challenge the proceedings dated 20.12.2015, these writ petitions are disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said proceedings by availing alternative remedy of appeal within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
