2. The grievance of the petitioner is limited to the extent of hearing and disposal of his revision petition pending before the Chief Commissioner and Land Administration, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. Petitioner's revision is stated to have been pending with CCLA Ref.No.BCW3/203/2014 filed against the order of the third respondent dated 07.07.2014. The said revision under BSO-15(18) of A.P.Board Sanding Orders is stated to be pending since 07.11.2014. Hence, seeking early disposal of the said revision, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that already a notice was issued by the Chief Commissioner calling for records and the concerned records are under circulation. In view of that, he submits that the second respondent would fix an early date as soon as the records are received and then hear the parties and pass appropriate orders in the said revision.

4. Recording the said submission, writ petition is disposed of directing the Chief Commissioner and Land Administration, second respondent, to fix an early date for hearing of the said revision and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after hearing all the parties.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
