THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON No.6072 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of the order dated 28.11.2016 passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, in Transfer O.P.No.800 of 2016. The said Transfer O.P. was filed by the petitioner herein seeking transfer of O.S.No.585 of 2016 from the file of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, to the file of the learned IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, for joint trial along with O.S.No.534 of 2007. By the order under revision, the trial Court dismissed the Transfer O.P. Sri C. Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly concedes that judgment has already been reserved by the learned IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, in O.S.No.534 of 2007 though the same was after the filing of the Transfer O.P. In any event, as judgment has already been reserved in O.S.No.534 of 2007, the question of clubbing another suit with the said suit for joint trial does not arise.

This civil revision petition has therefore become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as such.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
