This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.05.11.2013 in I.A.No.531 of 2013 in O.S.No.225 of 2013 passed by the III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, at Secunderabad.

Since, the main suit i.e. O.S.No.225 of 2003 itself was disposed of on 10.12.2014, the petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
