HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5924 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 08.07.2016 passed by the learned Jude, Family Court - cum - V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, in I.A. No.199 of 2016 in O.P. No.1508 of 2011, whereby the petition filed under Sections 45 and 112 of Evidence Act read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, praying for order to conduct DNA test of respondent No.3 minor child to ascertain her paternity and for costs, was dismissed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, during pendency of the present revision, the O.P. bearing No.1508 of 2011, itself was allowed in part on 29.03.2018, on contest. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
