This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "... to issue a writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in rejecting the applications by way an endorsement dated 27-01-2017 uploaded on 1-02-2017 bearing numbers PRF 011600016109, PRF 011600016108, PRF 011600016107, PRF 011600016106, PRF 011600016105, PRF 011600016110, PRF 011600016103, PRF 011600016100, PRF 011600016097, PRF 011600016102, PRF 011600016111, PRF 011600016087, PRF 011600016091, PRF 011600016079, PRF 011600016076, dated 24.12.2016 for fresh water aqua culture farm registration without following the procedure and without assigning any valid reasons as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and also contrary to G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 16.03.

2013 and consequently set aside the endorsement of the 4th respondent dated 27.01.2017 uploaded on 01- 02-2017 and direct the respondents to consider the applications of the petitioners herein in terms of G.O.Ms.No.7 dated 16.03.2013." Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Tahsildar, Ramachandrapuram Mandal by way of proceedings, dated 27.01.2017, rejected the applications of the petitioners for permission to undertake aqua culture. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the said proceedings are only a recommendation, but not the order rejecting the applications of the petitioners. It is further submitted that the authorities would adhere to G.O.Ms.No.7, dated 16.03.2013, while dealing with the applications of the petitioners.

The above statements of the learned Government Pleader are recorded and the writ petition is accordingly closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
