This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 15.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.619 of 2016 in O.S.No.57 of 2014 on the file of the Court of XV Additional District Judge, Nuzvid. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition. To that effect, he also filed a letter in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
