THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.14391 of 2016 ORDER :
The petitioners' grievance is that they have submitted a representation dt.14.01.2016 to 3rd respondent for restoring their names in the Revenue Records, which had been deleted without their knowledge; that this representation was given pursuant to a direction dt.05.01.2016 of this Court in WP.No.222 of 2016; and that the 3rd respondent is not disposing of the said representation.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that 3rd respondent will dispose of the said representation within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 3.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of petitioners' representation dt.14.01.2016 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order; and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________________________
