ORDER:

This writ petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the action of respondent No.4 in meting out a step-motherly treatment to the petitioner (dealer of fair price shop No.97), and a favoured treatment to respondent No.5 (dealer of fair price shop No.98), who is allegedly the son-in-law of the brother of respondent No.4. The petitioner averred that her shop is attached with 456 BPL cards, while the shop of respondent No.5 has only 251 BPL cards and that as per the proceedings, dated 18.05.2011, of respondent No.4 issued in pursuance of the proceedings, dated 18.04.2011, of respondent No.2, for the month of May, 2011, the petitioner was allotted 55.20 quintals of PDS rice and respondent No.5 was allotted 29 quintals of PDS rice, but for the month of June, 2011, the quantity of allotment was reduced to 43.70 quintals to the petitioner's shop, while the same was increased to 40.55 quintals to respondent No.5's shop.

The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS) submitted that in pursuance of the interim order, dated 15.06.2011, in W.P.M.P.No.19503 of 2011, the

petitioner's original quota was restored and that the same arrangement is being continued. He has further submitted that rationalization of cards for all the three fair price shops viz., shop Nos.96, 97 and 98 of Mamnoor Village in pursuance of G.O.Ms.No.55, dated 12.05.2015, is under process and that till such rationalization is done, the present arrangement will be continued. In the light of the above submissions of the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS), the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to continue the same level of allotment as is being made at present to both the petitioner as well as respondent No.5 till the process of rationalization is completed. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 07th October, 2015 GHN
