Petitioner's grievance is that the 3rd respondent has not disposed of his representation dt.10.11.2012 for deleting an extent of Acs.18.00 in survey No.120/B/1 of Chinthagattu village Hasanparti Mandal, Warangal District from C.C.No.1235/Wgl/1975.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the said representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.
