THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35210 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, written instructions dated 26.09.2018 furnished by the Station House Officer, Maheshwaram PS, Ranga Reddy District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader (Home).

According to the said instructions, till date the petitioner has not given any complaint to the respondent police. It is also pointed out by the learned Government Pleader that the alleged complaint does not contain the signatures of the complainant nor the acknowledgement of the concerned Police Station. It is also stated in the said instructions that the petitioner herein, if approaches the Police Station and gives a complaint, appropriate action will be taken on the same.

The said statements are placed on record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner herein to file a fresh complaint, if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
