G.P. for Labour (T.S.) THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING
CVNR, J. & GSP, J.
wa_1490_2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed against order dated 12-09-2016 in W.V.M.P.No. 227 of 2016 in W.P.M.P.No. 51630 of 2015 in W.P.No. 40004 of 2015, whereby the learned single judge, while declining to vacate the interim order granted in favour of the respondents, permitted the appellant to move an application seeking early hearing of the Writ Petition after six months. 2.
At the hearing, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that availing the aforementioned facility given by the learned single judge, the appellant has already filed an application for early hearing of the Writ Petition. In the aforementioned facts of the case, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the learned single judge.
3.
The Writ Appeal is accordingly dismissed, however, with liberty to the appellant to pursue the application filed by him for early hearing of the Writ Petition.
.4.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, W.A.M.P.(SR).No. 6150 of 2017 shall stand closed as infructuous.
