Learned counsel for the petitioner - accused seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a direction to the Magistrate to dispense with the presence of petitioner. Recording the submission of the learned counsel, permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, and the learned Magistrate is directed not to insist upon the presence of petitioner except on the dates when his presence is required.
