The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated. 05-10-2018 made in Crl.P.No. 10255 of 2018 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Abdul Wahid Basha, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

" This application is filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the conditions imposed in the order, dated 05.10.2018 in Crl.P.No.10255 ol 2018. Heard both sides. Perused the record.

Since the conditions imposed are very recent, the petition does not merit consideration.

Hence, the petition is dismissed."
