THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2294 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the charge sheet, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings at this stage. If the petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 and 3 are advised, they can file discharge application before trial Court, in which case, the trial Court shall pass an Order on merits. However, on the request of learned counsel for petitioners, the appearance of petitioners/accused Nos. 2 and 3 in C.C.No.214 of 2014 on the file of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Vijayawada, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their attendance.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ______________________ U.DURGA PRASAD RAO,J 06-04-2015 eha
