THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 7807 of 2015 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent produced a copy of the speaking order passed by the 2nd respondent on 23.02.2015 and the same was taken on record.

In view of the above speaking order, this writ petition cannot be proceeded with. Learned counsel for the petitioner also concedes to this position.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in a comprehensive manner. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
