THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34752 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the CommissionerR.2 on 23.08.2018, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation.

On the other hand, Sri N. Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel submits that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondent-authorities, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondent-authorities to verify the representation, dated 23.08.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
