HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.37887 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent at the behest of the 4th respondent is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the civil disputes and threaten the petitioner to vacate the premises." Learned Government Pleader on the written instructions received from the Inspector of Police, II Town Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, dated 26.12.2013, informed the Court that the respondent police have not interfered with the civil disputes, much less, any dispute of the petitioner with the 4th respondent.

Recording the said submission, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
