In this matter there is simply no explanation as to why order dated 11.08.2011 is sought to be impugned on 17.03.2015.

On that ground alone the writ petition is dismissed. However liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, if there has been in real sense any explanation.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
