CVNR,J & MSKJ,J W.P.No.20942 of 2017 06.07.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus to direct respondent Nos.1 to 4 to produce the alleged detenue - Palepu Harshitha, D/o Lakshminarasimha Murthy, before the Court and free her from the confinement of respondent Nos.5 to 8.

In pursuance of the direction issued by this Court, respondent No.4 produced the alleged detenue. She has informed the Court that she has not married the petitioner as claimed by him and that she is living with her parents on her own volition. She has further expressed that the petitioner is only a friend to her and that there is no other relationship between him and herself.

In the light of the views expressed by the alleged detenue as above, the petitioner is not entitled to grant of the prayer in the writ petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 5.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.25740 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
