HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19158 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she filed an appeal under Section 5-B of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') in R.O.R.Appeal.No.C/3266 of 2015 before the 3rd respondent against the order passed by the Tahsildar vide proceedings No.B/173/2014, dated 26.05.2014 in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.1-03 guntas in Sy.No.60 situated at Madinaguda Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. As no orders are passed in the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on written instructions submits that notices were already issued to both the parties and written arguments were also filed and also submits that the case is posted on 25.06.2016.

In view of the above submission, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
