Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue S.A.No. 383 of 2014 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal at Hyderabad.

Preserving the said liberty, the Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn. Accordingly, it is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
