THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.44073 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the orders of the second respondent dated 15.9.2016 in suspending the authorization of the petitioner's Fair Price Shop, as illegal and arbitrary.

A perusal of the record reveals that the second respondent passed orders on 13.12.2016 cancelling the authorization of the petitioner in respect of Fair Price Shop No.17, Belodu Village, Gummagatta Mandal, Anantapur District. In view of the cancellation of the authorization, the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
