Since it is stated that application filed by the petitioner, dated 22-08-2011, in Form-VI (A) under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act is pending, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
