Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents.

2. Although petitioner has questioned the inaction of the respondents in not passing orders in the stay petition filed in the appeal preferred by him on 19.09.2015 challenging the proceedings No.Rc.No.2802014-B, dt.17.08.2015 of the 3rd respondent, the learned Government Pleader has brought to the notice of the Court that the stay petition has been disposed of on 04.11.2015 and that the appeal is posted for hearing on 21.11.2015.

3. In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
