THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No. 10712 of 2017 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) Aggrieved by the detention of their vehicle at the check-post, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition. 2.

Heard Smt. Rachna S. Waddepalli, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. S. Suribabu, learned special standing counsel for Commercial Taxes (AP), takes notice for the respondents. 3.

The vehicle of the petitioner was detained at the check-post, on the ground that there was no advance waybill. It appears that the vehicle reached the check-post at 11.20 p.m. on 19.03.2017. The advance waybill was obtained at 10.22 a.m. on 20.03.2017. In other words, the advance waybill was obtained subsequently. 4.
