2018-04-20P.Keshava Rao1 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16955 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for 2nd respondent-Municipal Corporation.

The prayer in the writ petition is as under:

".....to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of mandamus and declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 are highly illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and clear violation of Articles 14, 21 Constitution of India and principles of natural Justice and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent consider the petitioners representation dated 16.05.2016 and pass such other order........"

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent that the orders passed in W.P.No.15673 of 2016 are already implemented by the 2nd respondent-Municipal Corporation. Since the petitioners submitted representation dated 16.05.2016 requesting the 2nd respondent to implement the orders passed by this Court in the above said writ petition and since the orders have already been implemented, no further cause would survive in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
