O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a 'writ of mandamus' directing the respondents to take appropriate action to demolish/remove the illegal constructions existing in Plot Nos.63, 65, 67 and 67A located at Raod No.10, Filmnagar, Phase-2, Hyderabad.

When the writ petition was listed on 11.04.2012, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to implead the affected parties. But till today, no such petition is filed.

Heard Sri P.Keshava Rao, learned Standing counsel for sole respondent.

Though the present writ petition is filed seeking a direction for demolition of illegal structures in Plot Nos.63, 65, 67 and 67-A, it is not stated that who made the constructions and who are the owners of the said constructions and also they are not made parties to the petition. In view of the above, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed for non-joinder of the necessary parties.
