THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.783 of 2010 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in issuing the proceedings Rc.No/Z-VI/3890/2009-1, dated 26.12.2009 and contrary to Rule-20 (4) & (5) (a) (b) (C) of CCA & Conduct Rules as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently to set aside the same.

When the matter is taken up learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
