Nandamuri Suman, v. The State Of A.P. Represented By The Prl.Secretary,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 21177 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home.
With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of.
The prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to expedite and conclude the investigation in Crime No.108 of 2016 on the file of Airport Police Station, Visakhapatnam without any further delay in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit just and proper."
Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the third respondent to expedite investigation in Crime No.108 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 199, 200, 468, 469, 471 read with Section 120 B of IPC of Air Port Police Station. The same is not objected to by the learned Government Pleader.
Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to complete investigation in Crime No. 108 of 2016 of Airport Police Station, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and file a final report.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR 30.06.2016 vhb
