Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri L.Venkateswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that, for redressal of his grievance, he submitted representations on 07.08.2018 and 15.09.2018 to respondent Nos.2 to 4 herein but no action has been taken so far. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to verify the representations, submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representations are pending consideration before respondent Nos.2 to 4, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to verify the representations,

dated 07.08.2018 and 15.09.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
