CVNR,J & GSP,J WP.No.34750 of 2018 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRI T PETI TI ON No.34750 of 2018 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Habeas Corpus by declaring the action of respondents Nos.2 and 3 in not taking action against respondents Nos.4 and 5 in keeping the detenu, by name Fatima Begum, D/o.Mohammad Abdul Nazeeb, under the illegal custody of respondents Nos.4 and 5, as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, to direct the respondents to produce the detenu, who is under the illegal custody of respondents Nos.4 and 5 before the Hon'ble Court and set her liberty forthwith."
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we do not find any merit in the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
