When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation is completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Mahabubnagar on 09.10.2019, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
