This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 13.07.2015 passed in C.M.A.No.2 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Razole.

The civil miscellaneous appeal was filed challenging the order dated 31.10.2014 passed in I.A.No.250 of 2012 in O.S.No.30 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Razole. As per the office note, the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 29.01.2018.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
