HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR W.P. No. 34844 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:

" To declare the impugned inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in entering into the name of the petitioner as a owner, pattadar and occupant of land in Survey No. 80/ B to an extent of Ac.2-00 in Sy.No. 80/ C to an extent of Ac.1.08 gts., situated at Mudhimanikyam Village, Chigurumamidi Mandal, Karimnagar District, pursuant to the application filed on 09.07.2018 and Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No. 33 of 2014, dated 09.06.2017, on the file of Senior Civil Judge, at Huzurabad, is illegal and arbitrary and contrary to the Article 14, 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to incorporate the name of the petitioner in the pattadar column and possession column in the revenue records by issuing the pattadar pass books and title deeds pursuant to the application of the petitioner dated 09.07.2018 in respect of lands in Survey No.

80/ B to an extent of Ac.2-00 in Sy.No. 80/ C to an extent of Ac.1.08 gts., situated at Mudhimanikyam Village, Chigurumamidi Mandal, Karimnagar District."

The learned counsel for the petitioners mainly submits that though an application was filed by the petitioners for making entries in the revenue records on 09.07.2018, till date, no orders have been passed on the said application.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the application filed by the petitioners is still pending consideration, the authorities will dispose of the same within a period of three months.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to deal with the application filed by the petitioner on 09.07.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
