THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.9642 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.333 of 2014 on the file of Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police filed final report stating that the dispute is civil in nature and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
