Recording the said statement, the writ petitions are dismissed as no cause of action survives for consideration on merits. Interim orders dated 30.10.2015 passed in these writ petitions shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
