Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.

2. The petitioner was initially appointed as a fair price shop dealer of shop No.6 of Vavilla Village, Vidavaluru Mandal, Nellore District in the year 1997. Subsequently, the said shop was bifurcated as shop Nos.1 and 2. In respect of shop No.1, another fair price shop dealer was appointed and the petitioner is being continued in respect of shop No.2. When the stock was not supplied to the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Though the learned Government Pleader got instructions with regard to the bifurcation of the shop, no instructions were issued to him with regard to supply of the stock to the petitioner, whose authorization is valid and in force as on today.

4. It is needless to mention that so long as the authorization of the petitioner is in subsistence, she is entitled to receive the essential commodities. In this case, the authorization of the petitioner found to be valid and in force as on today.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to release the stock to the petitioner so long as her authorization is valid and in force. No order as to costs.
