THE HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CCCA MP No.687 OF 2015 IN / AND CCCA No.140 OF 2015 JUDGMENT:

The appellants/ defendants and respondents/ plaintiffs in CCCA No.140 of 2015 appeared before the Court having filed the compromise petition under Rule 3 of Order XXIII of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 with the affidavit of appellants/ defendants and with memorandum of compromise terms incorporated therein running in 6 paragraphs and paragraph 6 with sub clause (i) to (vii) among them, clause (i) contains sub clauses (a) to (g), they are duly signed including their advocates seeking to record compromise, read over and explained to them the terms supra and they admitted as entered accordingly. Having regard to the above, the compromise is recorded and accordingly the CCCA M.P. No.687 of 2015 and the appeal are disposed of in terms of compromise and the compromise terms are appended to the compromise decree as part and parcel. Pursuant to which, there is no order as to costs in the appeal.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
