The grievance of the petitioner is that the government authorities occupied his land admeasuring Ac.1.34 guntas in Sy.No.421 of Muthangi Village, Patancheru Mandal, Sangareddy District, and constructed a school in the said premises of the petitioner. The petitioner gave representation to the 4th respondent on 03.11.2017 seeking compensation or alternative land. As the same is not being disposed of present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
