This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner assailing the docket order, dated 22.02.2014, of XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad, and to direct the learned Magistrate to dispose of the protest petition in Crl.M.P.No.647 of 2014 in Crime No.800 of 2013 in accordance with the procedure established by law.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.
The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the learned Magistrate telephonically informed the Registry that Crl.M.P.No.647 of 2014 was disposed of on 11.07.2014. 4.
In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

In the result, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
