HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.33120 of 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos.1 to 5. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as follows: "... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 5 to remove the tipper bearing registration No.AP 13 U 8064, which is positioned across the 30 feet road blocking the access of the residents of Cyber Enclave (Madhapur (v), Serilingampally Mandal, R.R. District) to the 150 feet Raheja Mind Space main road, Hi-tech City."

During the course of hearing, Ms. P. Sumitha, learned counsel appearing for the learned counsel for the petitioner, informs the Court that the tipper bearing No.AP 13 U 8064 was already removed, which, according to the petitioner, was blocking the access of the residents of Cyber Enclave, Madhapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District to the 150 feet Raheja Mind Space main road, Hi-tech City. Therefore, no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Taking the said submission into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. _____________________ P. KESHAVA RAO, J Date: 25.09.2019.
