HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.4494 OF 2012 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was imposed punishment of reduction of pay by two incremental stages vide proceedings dated 30.05.2011 and, with the efflux of time, the petitioner has retired from service and the currency of punishment is over. In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive as on today and the writ petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
