This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Docket Order dt. 14.04.2012 in O.S.No.41 of 2005 passed by II Additional District Judge, Ongole.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the main suit i.e., O.S.No.41 of 2005 passed by II Additional District Judge, Ongole, has been disposed of on 06.02.2018 and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
