This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C to withdraw O.P.No.168 of 2017 on the file of Family Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District and transfer the same to the file of Family Court at Eluru, West Godavari District. Sri Kambhampati Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the respondent submitted no objection to withdraw O.P.No.168 of 2017 on the file of Family Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District and transfer the same to the file of Family Court at Eluru, West Godavari District.

In view of the no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent, O.P.No.168 of 2017 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District and transferred the same to the file of Family Court at Eluru, West Godavari District. In the result, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
