THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.21688 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a crime and investigate into the same basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 25.06.2016.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the Station House Officer, Begum Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad-2nd respondent herein is not registering a crime against the respondents 3 & 4 basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 25.06.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent is directed to register a case basing on the complaint that may be lodged by the petitioner if the said complaint discloses any cognizable offence and investigate into the same and file a final report, if any, in accordance with law. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent, she is at liberty to approach the superior officer of 2nd respondent and also to approach the concerned Court by invoking provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 02.01.2017 Tsr
