Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not considering the representation dated 25.03.2017, made by the petitioner, seeking permission to fill up the three aided Secondary Grade Teacher posts on par with the similarly situated schools, vide Govt. Memo No.18836/ PS/ A2/ 2010-34, dated 30.06.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 25.03.2017, at the earliest. 4.
Learned Government Pleader would submit that the said representation may be directed to be considered in accordance with law, provided the same is still pending.

Having regard to the above submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 25.03.2017, made by the petitioner, seeking permission to fill up the three aided Secondary Grade Teacher posts on par with the similarly situated schools, vide Govt. Memo No.18836/ PS/ A2/ 2010-34, dated 30.06.2017, and pass suitable orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a
period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if the said representation is still pending. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
