The case of the petitioners is that they made representation to the respondents on 30-12-2016 under Rule 7(4) of Andhra Pradesh Schedule Area Land Transfer Rules, 1969 to enforce the order dated 09-09-2016 in LTR Case No.5 of 2015/Gundala, passed by the 6th respondent by dispossessing respondents 8 and 9, who are non-tribals, from the subject land i.e. Ac.3-17 and Ac.1-25 guntas respectively covered by Sy.Nos 57/6 and 57/13 of Kachanapalli Revenue Village in Gundala Mandal of Bhadradri Kothagudem District and restore same to the petitioners, since they are the legal heirs of original pattadar of said lands. Aggrieved by non disposal of said representation, the present writ petition is filed.

In view of the same, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation dated 30-12-2016 submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law and take action accordingly after issuing notice to the affected parties. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
