10.03.2026 I.A.No.1 of 2026 This Interlocutory Application is filed by the learned XVII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad, for extension of time granted by this Court, vide order dated 27.11.2025 in Crl.R.C.No.875 of 2025.

Perused the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Having considered the grounds urged, the time granted by this Court to the learned XVII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad, vide order 27.11.2025 in Crl.R.C.No.875 of 2025, is further extended directing the learned XVII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hyderabad, to conduct inquiry under Section 94 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
