THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU WRIT PETITION No. 14164 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not permitting the Petitioner College for submitting the details for evaluation of tuition fee proposal for getting the College included in the EAMCET counselling for allotment of students for B.Pharmacy Course for the academic year 2015-2016, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to declare that the petitioner college is entitled to submit the details for getting the evaluation of tuition fee structure for admission of students in B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy and M.B.A through EAMCET, PG CET and ICET respectively.

The prayer sought by the petitioner college is to direct the 2nd respondent to permit it to submit the details for evaluation of tuition fee proposal for getting the college included in the EAMCET counselling for allotment of students for B.Pharmacy course for the academic year 2015-2016. It is the 2nd respondent, who has to take decision whether under the concerned regulations, the petitioner is eligible for the relief sought for. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate decision in accordance with law within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
